Our employees are the lifeblood of our company. Our core staff is a diverse and expert team. Although we have 20 direct employees in our company, we had provided employment opportunities to a much larger skilled and unskilled workforce during construction of the power project. Most of such employees have been retained by our sister companies that are developing power projects.
We headhunt young talent. With an excellent training programme and on-the-job training, we guide the few chosen graduates, empowering their potential.
