Vidooka Art Competition was successfully held for the second consecutive year to recognize the young drawing talents of our rural.
The event was organized by Country Energy (Pvt) Ltd and was held at Kiriwaneliya Maha Vidyalaya on 29th November 2013. The competition was conducted under four age categories from the age of 4 up to age of 15 and more than 200 children from several schools of Kiriwaneliya community including children from Vidulipura Maha Vidyala, Kotallena Vidyalaya, Kalaweldeniya Maha Vidyalaya, and Ganapathy Tamil Maha Vidyalaya took part in the event. Five winners from each category will be selected by Sri Lanka’s professional artist, Ms. Sibil Wettasinghe.
The selected drawings are planned to be published on the Company Calendar for year 2014.
