Ms. Dinusha Bhaskaran is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, UK (FCMA), a Fellow of CPA Australia (FCPA), and an Associate Member of the Institute of Bankers of Sri Lanka. She is an accomplished finance and accounting professional with extensive leadership experience across diversified industries and currently serves as the Group Managing Director of Vallibel One PLC.

Ms. Bhaskaran has made significant contributions to the corporate sector through her leadership roles and board representations. She currently serves as an Executive Director of Delmege Limited and Hiru Rice Products (Private) Limited, while also serving as the Chairperson/ Director of Greener Water Ltd. In addition, she functions as a Non- Executive Director of Country Energy (Pvt) Ltd, Lanka Walltiles PLC, and LB Finance PLC, and she is also a member of Audit Committee of LB Finance PLC.

Prior to assuming her current role, she served as the Chief Executive Officer of Vallibel One PLC from November 2016 to June 2022. She has also held the position of Chief Financial Officer at Clenergy, Australia from March 2010 to September 2014 and previously served as the Assistant General Manager – Finance & Planning at Pan Asia Banking Corporation PLC from January 1998 to October 2008.

Ms. Bhaskaran has also previously served as an Alternate Director of Haycarb PLC, Hayleys Fabric PLC, and Dipped Products PLC from June 2015 to June 2022. Further, she served as a Non-Executive Director of Vcashe Fintech (Private) Limited from February 2020 to September 2023.

In recognition of her outstanding corporate leadership and professional achievements, Ms. Bhaskaran was awarded the Best Corporate Leader 2023 at the WIM Top 50 Global Professional and Career Women Awards. She was also honoured with the Global CEO Award (Corporate Category) at the Global CEO Forum 2025, the Managing Director of the Year Award at the Asia Business Leaders Forum held in Singapore in August 2025, and the Iconic Woman 2025 award presented by the Sri Lanka Broadcasting Corporation in collaboration with Top C Magazine of Action Media Solutions.
